Convection Cooking(With preheating function) The convection cooking can let you to cook the food as a traditional oven. It is recommended that you should preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven. 1) Press the "CONVEC. " key repeatedly until the oven displays "180". (Press the "CONVEC. " key repeatedly to select the temperature. ) 2) Press the "START/+30SEC. /CONFIRM" key to start cooking. The temperature figure will flash when the set temperature is reached, the oven will beep to remind you to put the food into the oven. 3) Press the number buttons of "4", "0", "0", "0" in order, the oven will display "40:00" 4) Press the "START/+30SEC. /CONFIRM" key to start cooking.
