Connect

1 The batteries are pre-installed in the handset. 2 Whenusingyourphoneforthefirsttime, youseea welcome message (country dependent). · If the time is in 12-hour format, press to select [AM] or [PM].
Charge 8 hours
Place the handset on the base station to charge the handset. When the handset is placed correctly on the base station, you hear a docking sound. 3 Select [Answer only] or [Answer & rec. ], then press [OK]toconfirm. » You can listen to the newly recorded announcement on the handset.
Record an announcement (for CD495 only)
turn the answering machine on or off in standby mode, press . f To delete the current message, press .
