En Assembling the speaker stand Attach the additional top panel to the original top panel by inserting and tightening the additional top panel screws in the appropriate screw holes in accordance with the size of the speaker. Use the speaker affixing screws and teflon washers to install and secure the speaker to the stand, as shown in the illustration. Maintenance To keep the stand clean, occasionally wipe off dust using a soft dry cloth. To remove dirt, dilute a neutral detergent (e. g. , a 6-to-1 water/detergent solution). Lightly dampen a cloth using the diluted detergent solution, then wipe off the dirt. Then, wipe off any detergent from the surface using a water-soaked cloth.
