OPERATION AND USE 1. Turn unit on by selecting Min, Med or Max setting. A red indicator light will come on and this light will stay on as long as the unit is turned on. Set the desired room temperature by turning the thermostat dial between 45°F and 95°F (see conversion chart for Celsius degree). When the desired temperature is reached, the unit will automatically maintain that temperature. It is normal for the heater to cycle on and off as it maintains the preset temperature. ANTIFREEZE FUNCTION This setting will automatically turn the heater on if the room temperature falls below 42°F, to prevent it from freezing, at mimum energy consumption. This function is not guaranteed in the event at black outs even if lasting just a few seconds. To set, turn the thermostat control to , and the fan control to any setting.
MODELS WITH MOTORIZED ROTATING BODY
This appliance is fitted with a motorized base and a rotating body. To distribute the air flow over a larger area, press the oversized switch (Fig. When activated, the element (single version) or element (twin version) will oscillate from right to left please do not manually turn the grill(s). To terminate oscillating, simply press the oversized switch again.
