With the built-in tuner, you can enjoy AM and FM radio stations and store your favorite stations as presets for easy selection. In this example, FM has been selected.
Band Frequency
Press and hold the TUNING Up or Down [ ]/[ ] button. Press the button repeatedly to change the frequency one step at a time.

The North American model changes FM frequency in 0. 2MHz steps, 10kHz steps for AM. For other models it's 0. 05MHz steps for FM and 9kHz (or 10kHz) steps for AM. Tuning into Weak FM Stereo Stations If the signal from a stereo FM station is weak, it may be impossible to get good reception. The RT information scrolls across the display.

Use the [TUNER] input selector button to select FM.
Press the [RT/PTY/TP] button three times. If the current radio station is broadcasting TP (Traffic Program), "[TP]" will appear on the display and traffic news will be heard as and when it's broadcast. If "TP" without square brackets appears, this means that the station is not broadcasting TP. The AV receiver searches until it finds a station that's broadcasting TP. If no stations are found, the message "Not Found" appears.

· The Dolby Digital and DTS listening modes can only be selected if your DVD player is connected to the AV receiver with a digital audio connection (coaxial, optical, or HDMI). · The listening modes you can select depends on the format of the input signal.
