Remedying Faults
In the event of a fault, try to solve the problem yourself with the aid of the information provided here. If you call Customer Service to deal with one of the faults listed here or to remedy an operating fault, the customer service technician's visit will not be free of charge, even during the warranty period.

Carrying out emergency drainage
If the washing machine no longer pumps off the washing solution, emergency drainage must be performed.
