If you add all the raisins at the same time, they will all be In one clump when the bread IS finished. OAdd the raisins etc. After about 25 minutes from the start and 4 mmutes before the kneading is finished, It sounds 3 limes to tell you to add raiSinS Open the lid and sprinkle raISinS quickly and evenly over the dough. Opening the lid at this time will not stop the kneading, so be careful!After adding the raiSins, qUickly close the lid to prevent heat loss.

Accurate measurements are essential to making delicious bread. For better results, use a scale which can calibrate grams or ounces rather than a measuring cup. When using the spoon Included,
measure an even spoonful of Ingre
