Important (UK) only The wires in the cord are coloured as follows: Green and Yellow = Earth Blue = Neutral Brown = Live. This machine complies with European Economic Community Directive 89/336/EEC. Run two lots of water through the machine (without coffee) to clean it out. They're slightly different to allow for the fact that some of the water gets absorbed by the coffee.
