If settings have been specified for adding cover pages or insertions, specify whether or not page numbers are printed on inserted pages. The following settings can be specified for printing on inserted pages. Setting Cover Mode All Pages Except for Front Cover Do Not Print Page # Description The page number is printed on all pages. The page number is printed on all pages except for the front cover page. Settings can be specified for the following. Item Start Number Text Density Pages Change Size Description Specify the starting distribution number. Select the text size for the distribution numbers. The following settings can be selected as the pages to be printed on. Setting Cover Only All Pages Description The distribution number is printed only on the cover page.
