If the remote PC runs under Windows XP, make sure the option Use simple file sharing in the Control panel Folder options View is disabled before the remote installation starts. If the remote PC runs under Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, make sure that the option File and Printer Sharing in the Control panel Windows Firewall Exceptions is enabled before the remote installation starts. 3. 4 Browsing logs Using Acronis Snap Deploy Management Console, you can view the server's operation results, both real-time and scheduled. So, to view operation results on the Acronis OS Deploy Server (Acronis PXE Server), you should be connected to it. Log viewer The log window has two panels: log entries are listed on the left while selected log content is on the right. If there are more, you can browse the list using the Prev message and Next message buttons. To delete an obsolete log entry, select it and click Delete selected log entry. If any operation stage finished with an error, this entry will be marked with a red circle with a white cross inside. The right panel contains the list of performed operations that can be flexibly adjusted to your taste. To sort messages by a column, click its header (click again to reverse order) or click Arrange icons by. . . To filter columns, right-click the column header line or left-click Choose Details. . . The one with a white cross in the red circle shows/hides error messages. The one with an exclamation mark in the yellow triangle shows/hides warnings. And the button with an "i" in the blue circle controls information messages. You can also adjust column width by dragging borders with a mouse.
