If you are using this appliance as a cooling unit, after it has been used as a freezing unit wait until the temperature has reached 0 °C before add the food to be cooled in the appliance. By selecting the DESIRED temperature in the range of +5 °C, this appliance can be used as a normal refrigerator. By selecting the DESIRED Temperature up to +16 °C, the appliance can perfectly be used as a cooling unit for drinks. The FROSTMATIC function accelerates the freezing of fresh food and, at the same time, protects foodstuffs already stored from undesirable warming. An increase in the temperature in the freezer (for example due to an earlier power failure or door is open) is indicated by: · When normal conditions are restored: · Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the interior and all internal accessories with lukewarm water and some neutral soap so as to remove the typical smell of a brandnew product, then dry thoroughly.
