Cissell's factory, transportation prepaid, within the applicable warranty period and found by Cissell to have been defective, and in no event shall Cissell be liable for damages of any kind, whether for any injury to persons or property or for any special or consequential damages. Fasten plastic sleeve securely with #8 Tap Tight Screw at "A" (Fig. Position end of cloth arm cover in contact with end of plastic sleeve. Using Scotch Brand pressure sensitive Tape #471 or equivalent; (Tape available from Factory) Tape Plastic Sleeve at "B" securely attaching end of Sleeve to cloth arm cover. (Minimum 2-3 wraps) Pull end of cloth arm cover at "C" to remove slack. Tape cloth arm cover at "C" securely attaching end of cover to arm. BEARING ADJUSTMENT FIG. To Adjust Bearing: Remove Top Loosen 1/4" machine screw holding the bearing rod to the metal bracket. Slide screw in hole of bracket to bring the plastic sleeve into contact with the outer face of the arm guide.
