Clear All Warnings Clears all warning messages that appear on the LCD panel. Reset Stops printing and clears the current job received from the active interface. You may want to reset the printer when there is a problem with the print job itself and the printer cannot print successfully. Reset All Stops printing, clears the printer memory, and restores the printer settings to their default values. Note: Performing Reset All clears print jobs received from all interfaces. Reset Maintenance Counter Reset the maintenance unit life counter when you replace the maintenance unit. For instructions on replacing the maintenance unit, see the documentation supplied with the maintenance unit. Note: Performing Reset Maintenance Counter stops printing, clears the printer memory, and restores the printer settings to their default values. [. . . ] Note for Bonjour (Rendezvous) users: If your printer model is not automatically selected in the Printer Model list, you need to reinstall the PostScript printer driver. Note for IP Printing users, USB or Bonjour (Rendezvous) users: Select your printer from the Printer list, then select Show Info from the Printers menu. Select Installable Options from the pop-up list, then make the necessary settings. Then quit Print & Fax (for Mac OS X 10. 5 or later) or Printer Setup Utility (for Mac OS X 10. 4 or below). Accessing the PostScript printer driver You can change the PostScript printer driver settings in the PostScript printer driver.
