[. . . ] A AUDIO PANEL SUPPLEMENT FOR MOONEY M20M & M20R This document is only intended to highlight G1000 Audio Panel (GMA 1347) information that is specific to Mooney M20M and M20R aircraft and it supersedes related information presented in the G1000 Audio Panel Pilot's Guide. NOTE: For a description of the GMA 1347 as well as details as to its operation, please see the Garmin G1000 Audio Panel Pilot's Guide. AIRCRAFT ENTERTAINMENT INPUTS Mooney aircraft are not equipped with entertainment channels MUSIC 1 and MUSIC 2. COCKPIT VOICE RECORDER (CVR) Mooney aircraft are not factory-equipped with a cockpit voice recorder. HEADSET JACKS & KEYED ICS OPERATION Mooney aircraft are equipped with four (4) stereo headset jacks (for the pilot, copilot and two passengers). [. . . ] Keyed ICS operation is not available on Mooney aircraft. DUAL PANEL OPERATION Mooney aircraft are not configured for dual audio panel installations. TRANSCEIVERS Mooney aircraft are not factory-equipped with COM3 MIC, COM3 and TEL capability. On Mooney aircraft, if COM3 or TEL is disabled on the GMA Configuration Page of the PFD, pressing the COM3 MIC, COM3, or TEL key, respectively, does not illuminate the corresponding annunciator light. NOTE: The use of split COM (COM 1/2 key) is not recommended in Mooney aircraft.
