Press the MENU button to cancel the menu display. REC. TIME · You can select available recording time. Select the desired recording time by pressing the UP ( ) / DOWN ( ) button. MOVIE CLIP mode 50 ADVANCED SETTING UP THE PLAY BACK FUNCTION Starting PLAY Mode · Turn the camera on and select PLAY mode ( ) on the mode dial. · You can setup the PLAY mode function by using the camera buttons and LCD monitor. · PLAY mode functions are listed below. Camera button THUMBNAIL, ZOOM DELETE VOICE RECORDING PLAY & PAUSE LCD monitor Play back Print setting SLIDE SHOW, LCD brightness DELETE ALL QUANTITY, INDEX CANCEL Reference · The last image stored on the CF CARD will be displayed on the LCD monitor. · The LCD monitor will remain in operation until the camera is switched off. The menu will not display on the LCD monitor under the following circumstances: · When another button is being pressed. · When there is no battery capacity. 51 ADVANCED SETTING UP PLAY BACK FUNCTIONS Setting up play back function by using the camera button · The PLAY mode can be set using the camera button. THUMBNAIL / ZOOM button · You can view up to 6 images at a time by using the THUMBNAIL function. Rotate the mode dial to the PLAY mode ( ) and the last image displays on the LCD monitor. The thumbnail display will highlight the last 6 images on the LCD monitor. Press the THUMBNAIL button Highlighted image (selected image) SINGLE DISPLAY MODE Thumbnail display mode 3. When viewing a thumbnail image, press the [ZOOM ] button and the selected shot will show in single display mode. 52 ADVANCED SETTING UP PLAY BACK FUNCTIONS ZOOM button button to · When viewing a single image in PLAY mode, use the zoom enlarge the selected image. 2X scale of enlargement 1. Enlarge the image to 2X scale of enlargement by using the ZOOM button. Press the ZOOM button to zoom back to the original full-sized image. Reference · If an image is enlarged, the ratio indicator will display on the upper-left side of the LCD monitor. · If an image is enlarged, a loss of quality may occur.
