ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS HANDLE AND SWITCH KIT, UP03794
FOR BACKPACK BLOWERS
Disassemble handle assembly. [. . . ] Connect white electrical lead to the ignition module and the black lead to ground. Reinstall inner volute housing, blower fan, outer volute housing, shroud and frame.
DISCONNECT SPARK PLUG BEFORE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE, ADJUSTMENT, LUBRICATION AND STORAGE.
The new handle and switch kit consists of (1) right control handle, (1) left control handle, (1) electrical leads with terminals and throttle cable and (1) switch. Remove shroud, outer volute housing, blower fan, and inner volute housing. NOTE: Lead from new handle and switch will be connected in same manner as old (Example: white lead to ignition module and black lead to ground). [. . . ] Remove throttle cable from carburetor.
