Remove the 4 Phillips PM2. 0×4. 0 screws 1 that secure the display panel to the display enclosure. If it is necessary to replace the display panel/webcam/microphone cable: a. Lift the adhesive support strip 1 that secures the display panel/webcam/microphone cable to the display panel. Disconnect the display panel/webcam/microphone cable 2 from the connector on the back of the display panel, and remove the display panel/webcam/microphone cable. Maintenance and Service Guide 4­35 Removal and replacement procedures 11. If it is necessary to replace the wireless antenna transceivers and cables: a. Detach the wireless antenna transceivers 1 from the display enclosure. (The transceivers are attached to the enclosure with double-sided tape. ) b. Release the wireless antenna cables 2 from the clips and routing channel built into the left side of the display enclosure, and remove the wireless antenna transceivers and cables. Reverse this procedure to reassemble and install the display assembly. 4­36 Maintenance and Service Guide Removal and replacement procedures Multi board Description Multi board (includes USB and RJ-45 ports, and cable) Multi board for use the with the HP Pavilion (includes USB and RJ-45 ports, and cable) Spare part number 580066-001 591994-001 Before removing the multi board, follow these steps: 1. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
