Electrical connections After the appliance has been transported, carefully place it vertically and wait at least 3 hours before connecting it to the electricity mains. Due to the special guides the shelves are removable and the height is adjustable (see diagram), allowing easy storage of large containers and food. Setting the temperature The temperature inside the refrigerator compartment automatically adjusts itself according to the position of the thermostat knob. Defrosting the appliance !Do not speed up the defrosting process by using any devices or tools other than the scraper provided, you may damage the refrigeration circuit. Defrosting the refrigerator compartment The refrigerator has an automatic defrosting function: water is ducted to the back of the appliance by a special discharge outlet (see diagram) where the heat produced by the compressor causes it to evaporate.
