After 24 hours, once the freezing process is complete, turn the knob back to its normal operating position. - For large quantities measuring over half of the maximum value indicated on the data plate, turn the TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT knob to the SUPER position 24 hours before placing the food you wish to freeze inside. After another 24 hours, once the freezing process is complete, turn the knob back to its normal operating position. Do not open the door during freezing.
