To obtain fast service, it is essential that when you apply for it you specify the model and serial number of your appliance which can be found on the guarantee certificate or on the rating plate located inside the appliance, on the bottom left-hand side. The 4-star compartment is suitable for long term storage of commercially frozen food and for freezing fresh food. To freeze fresh foods allow it to run on the fast freeze setting for at least 24 hours before loading food. In order to freeze the quantity indicated on the rating plate, arrange the food directly in contact with the cooling surfaces.
