To search with multiple conditions, perform a advanced search. The Route screen appears. 2 Touch [E-Mail Direct Input]. To specify an additional address, touch [Next Dest. ]. 4 Touch [OK]. 2 Note Frequently entered user names and domain names can be registered to be recalled and used again. Setting Host Name Destination Folder User Name Password Description Type in the host name or IP address for the destination. Type in the password. 5 To specify more advanced FTP settings, touch [Detail Setting]. Setting Port Number PASV mode Proxy Description Shows the port number. The Route screen appears. 2 Touch [File (FTP) Direct Input]. Click to check the structure of the folders on the destination computer. The Route screen appears. 2 Touch [File (SMB) Direct Input]. Format PDF TIFF JPEG Compact PDF Description Sends data in the PDF format. Sends data in the compact PDF format. In addition, there are settings for specifying how much of the saved data is converted. Setting Single Page Multi-Page Description A single file is created for each page of the document. A single file is created from the entire document. The encryption level can be selected if "File Type" was set to "PDF" or "Compact PDF". Settings can be specified for the following.
