This User's Guide contains details on the necessary operations of the various Box functions of the bizhub 200, 250 and 350, precautions on their use, and basic troubleshooting procedures. After reading the User's Guide, store it in the User's Guide holder so that it can easily be referred to when questions or problems arise during operation. For details on the print settings, refer to the User's Guide [Print Operations]. If bit 4 of software switch setting mode 469 is set to "1", the job is automatically deleted if the entered password does not meet the password rules (contains 7 or less characters or consists of the same character repeated). For details on specifying software switch settings, refer to "Specifying software switch settings (machine functions)" on page 3-21.
