Di151 Fax Unit 4-23 4 4. 11 Mailbox Transmission Sending Use this function to transmit a document to a mail box. This is helpful if only a specific person should be reading the message. The transmission is only executed, if both mailbox ID codes are identical. The document is scanned into the remote fax machine's memory and can only be printed if the recipient enters the correct 4-digit mailbox passcode. Adjust contrast and resolution if necessary. 1 2 3 4 Press [FAX] on the control panel. As the machine is not equipped with a telephone receiver, a separate phone must be attached to the wall outlet of the telephone line.
