Di850 4-69 4 Using Rotation Mode Note the following important information!· A 90 rotation requires a large amount of memory · Paper sizes: A4 and B5 (lengthwise and crosswise) These features cannot be combined: · Basic functions: · Applications Basic Functions Vertical/Horizontal Zoom, Rotation Sort, Rotation Group Dual Page, Non-Image Area Erase, Repeat (except 2/4/8) The "Rotation Mode" function is enabled by default. You can use the [ROTATION OFF] key to enable and disable the feature. § Press the [ROTATION OFF] key to switch off page rotation. The functional display for "Rotation Mode" disappears. However, only A4 paper is loaded crosswise in the system. The copy image is rotated by 90 automatically. As such, it fits 1:1 onto the paper. Original Paper Rotation Mode and APS The following situation occurs: G G You copy an A4 original crosswise. However, only A4 paper is loaded lengthwise (R) in the system. The copy image is rotated by 90 automatically. As such, it fits 1:1 onto the paper. Original Paper Rotation Mode and APS APS available only in combination with Rotation Mode The "APS" feature can only be used in conjunction with the "Rotation Mode" function. If you use the "AMS" feature alone, the copy image is reduced in size so much that it will fit onto the A4 paper crosswise without image loss.
