[. . . ] â· The camera is dropped or subjected to an impact in which the interior is exposed. Electric shock may occur if a high voltage circuit inside the camera is touched. Take your camera to a Minolta Service Facility when repairs are required. [. . . ] If blinks in the data panel with the other indicators, the battery will need to be replaced soon. If all indicators blink in the data panel or the camera will not function with a fresh battery, remove the battery, wait a few seconds, then reinsert it. To save power, your camera will shut down if it is not operated for more than 3 minutes. When film is in the camera, turn the camera off before removing the battery. If these steps are not followed, your camera may advance the film several frames, and reset the frame counter to one. Make sure is displayed in the frame counter, then slide the back-cover release down to open the back cover (D). Position the film between the film guide rails or a film transport error may occur (G). â· If the film tip extends beyond the film-leader index, gently push the excess film back into the film cartridge. Looking through the viewfider, center your subject in the focus frame (H). When taking vertical pictures, hold the camera so the flash is on top. Press the shutter-release button with a slow steady squeeze to take the picture (J). Press the shutter-release button all the way down to take the picture. â· Lift your finger from the shutter-release button to cancel focus hold. The self-timer delays release of the shutter for approximately 10 seconds after the shutter-release button is pressed. â· To cancel the self-timer, press the self-timer button again or turn the camera OFF. The flash will fire automatically when necessary, such as lowlight situations indoors and before or after sunset. [. . . ] If the frame counter shows anything other than when the rewind motor stops, DO NOTOPEN THE BACK COVER. Replace the batteries, press the manual rewind button, and wait until appears and blinks in the data panel before opening the back cover. 15 rolls with a CR123A lithium cell (based on Minolta's standard test method, using 24 exposure film with flash on for 50% of the exposures).
