If you store several documents using F CODE SEP, it is advisable to prepare a table of content without an ID. Minoltafax 2800/3800 4-27 4 4. 10 Mailbox transmission Send This function is used to transmit a document to a mailbox. This is helpful if only a specific person should be reading the message. The transmission is only executed if both mailbox ID codes are identical. This prevents the document from being transmitted to an incorrect mailbox. If you select MANUAL, you have to take the receiver off the telephone, wait for the fax signal and press [START].
