[. . . ] â· The camera is dropped or subjected to an impact in which the interior is exposed. Electric shock may occur if a high voltage circuit inside the camera is touched. Take your camera to a Minolta Service Facility when repairs are required. [. . . ] CLOSED: Slide the switch as far as it will go in the direction of the OFF arrow to close the lens cover (A-3). Your camera uses one 3-volt CR123A battery to supply power for all camera operations. If blinks in the data panel with the other indicators, the battery will need to be replaced soon. If all indicators blink in the data panel or the camera will not function with a fresh battery, remove the battery, wait a few seconds, then reinsert it. To save power, your camera will shut down and data panel indicator will disapper if it is not operated for more than 3 minutes. When film is in the camera, close the lens cover before removing the battery. Make sure is displayed in the frame counter, then slide the back-cover release down to open the back cover (D). Position the film between the film guide rails so that it lays flat or a film transport error may occur (G). â· If the film tip extends beyond the film-leader index, gently push the excess film back into the film cartridge. Looking through the viewfider, center your subject in the focus frame (H). When taking vertical pictures, hold the camera so the flash is on top. When ready lamp glows, Press the shutter-release button all-the-way down to take the picture (J). Press the shutter-release button all the way down to take the picture. â· Lift your finger from the shutter-release button to cancel focus hold. The self-timer delays release of the shutter for approximately 10 seconds after the shutter-release button is pressed. When you press the shutter release button partway down the ready lamp glows brightly, press the shutter-release button all the way down to take the picture. [. . . ] If the frame counter shows anything other than when the rewind motor stops, DO NOT OPEN THE BACK COVER. Replace the batteries, press the manual rewind button, and wait until appears and blinks in the data panel before opening the back cover. 15 rolls with a CR123A lithium cell (based on Minolta's standard test method, using 24 exposure film with flash on for 50% of the exposures).
