Slide the release catch (1) to the right and open the display (2). Note that the charging time for the battery is about 3 hours if the computer is switched off, or about 6 hours if the computer is switched on. It is absolutely essential to fully charge the battery for initial operation!Do not unplug the power adapter until the battery is fully charged. Connect the power cable to a power outlet. You can choose to run the notebook via battery or power supply. The first time you use the computer, you need to use the power adapter.
