When making a dough, it is recommended to fill in first the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, or similar) and then the other ingredients (eggs, fat, milk, or similar). Please note the different ends of the disc insert at the one end a hook, and at the other end a "nose". Then press down the end with the "nose" until this snaps in and the disc insert is firmly connected with the disc. Engage insert Press insert into the disc holder, until it snaps in audibly. Set the food processor to the required performance level (note the table on page 10). Now push the required ingredients exclusively with the pusher into the work bowl.
