CPU & Cooler Installation
W hen you are installing the CPU, make sure the CPU has a cooler attached on the top to prevent overheating. Meanwhile, do not forget to apply some thermal paste on CPU before installing the heat sink/cooler fan for better heat dispersion. W rong installation will cause the damage of your CPU & mainboard. The CPU socket has a plastic cap on it to protec t the contac t from damage. Before you install the CPU, always cover it to protect the socket pin. [. . . ] W hen connecting the wire to the connectors, always take note that the red wire is the positive and should be connected to the +12V, the black wire is Ground and should be connected to GND. If the mainboard has a System Hardware Monitor chipset on-board, you must use a specially designed fan with speed sensor to take advantage of the CPU fan control.
