Perform the soft-reset as follows: Press the tip of the stylus into the soft-reset switch opening (see page 13) or insert a pointy object (e. g. a paper clip, which has been bent open) with slight pressure into the reset opening. Hard Reset !Warning: A hard-reset deletes all data on your appliance and causes a new initial installation. It is not necessary to install the software on your synchronisation computer again, however. Push the On/Off switch (see page 13, ) at the bottom of the device on the back of the device first to the OFF position initially and back to ON after 2 seconds. It will be necessary to carry out the software installation again after a Hard Reset.
