Rear wheel - Please fit the rear wheel into the main gauge as per diagram F. Fasten the wheel into place using the quick release skewer fitted to the wheel, ensuring that it is not over-tightened. Front wheel Diagram E Rear wheel Diagram F Truing the wheel Position the vertical gauge plate between 1 - 3 mm away from the top of the rim and spin the wheel (see diagram G). This will detect any flat spots in the wheel which can then be removed. Once any flat spots have been removed, position the two horizontal gauge bolts between 1 - 3 mm away from each side of the rim and spin the wheel (see diagram G).
