At this setting, the shutter will remain open while the shutter-release button is pressed, to a maximum of 1 min (for exposures of up to five minutes, set the Exposure Options: Maximum Bulb Duration item in the SHOOTING menu to 5 min; 110). To prevent blurring caused by camera shake, we recommend that you use a tripod and a remote shutter release such as the MC-EU1 remote cord (available separately).
