Making sure to line up the tunnel portion with the camera monitor, snap the bottom of the frame (the ridged end) onto the camera body so that the ridge fits into the tripod socket on the bottom of the camera (Figure 2-b). Insert your finger under the bottom of the frame and gently pull downwards until the ridge is removed from the tripod socket, then remove the frame from the camera (Figure 3).
