For other connections, see the sections below. For other operations, see the sections below. Before use ·When a disc is loaded after the setting has been made, the contents recorded on the unit layer are displayed. ·If a disc that does not contain the layer set for top priority playback is loaded, the contents recorded on another layer are displayed automatically. GUsing the buttons on the remote controlH During playback, press [8] or [9]. ·The disc is skipped the number of tracks equal to the number of times the button is pressed. ·When you press [8] once, playback restarts from the beginning of the current track. Turning off display During playback, press [DISPLAY]. ·Each time [DISPLAY] is pressed, the display brightness changes as shown below. Bright Dimm Dark Playing repeatedly (Repeat Playback) When [REPEAT] is pressed each time, the display switches repeat modes in the following order. Press [REPEAT] to select repeat mode. Advanced connections Playing a Specific Track (Direct searching) Press [NUMBER] (0 ­ 9) to select the track. GExampleH : Track 12 : ress numbers [1] and [2] consecutively to P select Track No. 12. NOTE During stop mode, the display information does not turn off. The information is turned off only during playback. Not Displayed (Repeat off) To change time display Press [TIME]. ·When [TIME] is pressed each time, the display shows differently in the following orders. Track elapsed time The number you enter is set about 1. 5 seconds after you press the number buttons. To enter a two-digit number, be sure to press the two number buttons, one immediately after the other. When repeat playback is set, random playback and AMS playback cannot be performed. The "RNDM" indicator on the display lights and random playback starts.
