To use this feature, you must subscribe to the appropriate service offered by your service provider. Please read these Operating Instructions before using the unit and save for future reference. Scroll to "Initial setting" by pressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}. Scroll to "Voice Mail" by pressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}. Scroll to "VM tone detect" by pressing {V} or {^}, then press {>}. Press {V} or {^} repeatedly to select "On" or "Off". Press {Save}, then press {OFF}. Message alert You can select whether or not the message indicator on the handset will flash when new messages have been recorded. The default setting is OFF.
