When you use the camera on a rainy or snowy day or on a beach or similar place, do not let grit, fine dust or seawater get into the camera. (Care should be taken when inserting and removing the card. ) · If seawater splashes onto the camera, wet a soft cloth with tap water, wring it well, and use it to wipe the camera body carefully. · The outer case may be destroyed by the strong shock, and it may cause malfunction of this camera. · For storing or transporting the camera, place it in a bag or case lined with soft pads to prevent the coating on the camera body from being worn. · Before cleaning the camera, remove the batteries or disconnect the AC adaptor (optional, DMW-AC2) from the electrical outlet. · The camera body may be deformed and the surface finish may peel off.
