If the reduction method is set to Fixed Reduction mode, the document is printed out by the ratio you set in Fax Parameter No. (See page 37) 68 Receiving Documents Substitute Memory Reception If the recording paper runs out or jams or if the toner runs out during reception, the machine automatically starts receiving documents into its image data memory. Stored documents are printed automatically after replacing the recording paper or the toner cartridge. (See Note 1 and 2) 1 2 When the machine finishes the memory reception and there is no recording paper or toner, an Information Code appears on the display. NO RECORDING PAPER INFO. The other station must know in advance that you will call and must have a document set on the ADF or stored in the memory. You may need to set a polling password, shared by the other station, to ensure security. Setting the Polling Password If the polling password does not match with the polled station, your polling request will be refused automatically.
