Use only hoses certified as being able to withstand a pressure of at least 3 bars (44 psi). [. . . ] µ Now tighten the chuck with the chuck key through the recess i so firmly that the pump q can no longer release itself from the mounting y. µ Tighten the cross-headed screw on the mounting y firmly, so that the drill u cannot jolt around. µ Insert the electric drill u, with the pre-assembled drive shaft e in the chuck, into the mounting y. µ Now push the pump q onto the mounting y so that the drive shaft e µ µ Projects into the thread of the drive shaft w, and the pins of the mounting y are located in the reception holes on the pump q. Let the drill u start to run in a clockwise rotation and at low revolutions and then guide the pump q straight onto the drive shaft e. µ Insert the electric drill u, with the pre-assembled drive shaft r in the chuck, into the mounting y. µ Now push the pump q onto the mounting y so that the drive shaft r µ µ Projects into the thread of the drive shaft w and the pins of the mounting y are located in the reception holes on the pump q. Allow the electric drill u to run with a clockwise rotation and low revolutions and guide the pump q straight on to the drive shaft r. Wheel rim chuck µ Open the chuck with the chuck key through the recess i and then remove the pump q from the mounting y. µ Unscrew the short drive shaft e by using a cross-headed screwdriver and the open-ended spanner from the pump q. µ Using the open-ended spanner through the recess i, counter screw the µ Allow the electric drill u to run with an anti-clockwise rotation and low reµ Remove the pump q from the mounting y. Chuck with SDS fitting µ Using the open-ended spanner through the recess, i counter screw the drive shaft w of the pump q. µ Allow the electric drill u to run with an anti-clockwise rotation and low revolutions. If the pump q does not start to suck up within 12 seconds, turn the drill u off immediately to avoid seizure. For this same reason, do not allow the pump q to commence suction if the pressure hose on the discharge side is closed. If the pump q does not commence suction, fill the hose with some water and then lift it so that the liquid runs before the pump. µ Allow the drill u, now the pump q, to start-up ­ but not without supervision, So that you can react quickly in the event of danger.
