Your device fulfils the most varied requirements for private use or in your office and business everyday. Your machine is sold with a free ink film inserted for a few test pages. You do not require a Plug'n'Print card for this ink film (= chip card with information on the ink film capacity). You can save an entry multiple times with the same name but in a different category. In the telephone book, the first letter of the category appears after the entry. Use [ to select an entry from the list of dialled numbers. Outgoing Calls Sending fax 1 Insert the additional document holder on the document feeder. Calls Received You can also load the caller list by pressing OK, 21 and OK. 18 CLIP Prerequisite For this function to work, the caller line identification (CLIP) must be activated for your telephone connection (country and network dependent). The number and name will not be shown if the caller suppresses his number.
