Your Laser Fax Machine is the answer to all your most demanding professional needs. This User's Manual presents the model in the range: Model FAX 4640 · 33. 6 kbps fax. Equipment · 16 ppm Black & White laser printer. It combines power, user-friendliness and simplicity thanks to its navigator, its multitask access and its direct access directory. In this waiting queue the documents are coded the following way: Order number in the queue / document status / subscriber's telephone number. CANCELLING A TRANSMISSION IN PROGRESS Cancelling a transmission in progress is possible whatever the type of transmission but varies depending on whether the transmission is a single call number or a multi-call number. · For a single call number from the memory, the document is erased from the memory · For a multi-call number, only the call number in progress at the time of the cancellation is erased from the transmission queue To cancel transmission in progress: Press key . a second time. to confirm cancellation in progress.
