Place meat, poultry and fish on a flat ceramic plate. Food Meat Poultry Portion Standing Time Recommendation Shield the edges with aluminium foil. This programme is suitable for meat such as steaks, chops or minced meat, chicken pieces, whole chicken or fish fillets. The Auto Power Defrost feature enables you to defrost meat, poultry or fish. The defrost time and power level are set automatically. u Use only dishes that are microwave-safe. First, place the frozen food in the centre of the turntable and close the door. 1. N The oven beeps halfway through defrosting to remind you to turn the food over. N Press button again to finish defrosting u You can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the microwave cooking/reheating function with a power level of 180W. You can adjust the number of servings by pressing the ( ) and ( ) buttons. First, place the plastic steam cooker in the centre of the turntable and close the door. 1. Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing the Power Steam ( )button once or more times. The following table presents the 4 Auto Programs of the Power Steam EN function, quantities, standing times and appropriate recommendations.
