Before the bowl is filled, the food to be processed should be cut into pieces of about 1 cm. € After processing, always remove the plug from the wall socket before taking the lid off or detaching the drive unit. To detach the unit, turn it so that the arrow mark and open-lock symbol are aligned. € When processing further food after the first cycle, make sure that the receptacle for the blade unit at the bottom of the bowl is free of food residue before refitting the unit. € Fit the drive unit to the whisk mounting; then turn to lock it, ensuring that the arrow and lock symbols are properly aligned. € Push the whisk attachment down into the ingredients in the bowl before briefly switching the unit on with the operation buttons. € Always wait until the motor has come to a complete standstill before lifting the whisk attachment from the mixture. 10 Mounting the wall bracket Drill two 6 mm holes in the wall to match the mounting holes in the bracket.
