You will then be introduced to the individual components of your new cooker and we will show you how to adjust it step by step. The lift up cover must be kept open whilst the appliance is in operation. Procedure that must be applied for the bottom gas burner of the oven In order to clear the odour of the new oven, heat the empty oven with door closed. 1. Turn the bottom gas burner knob of the oven to the left by pressing it and set it to 270 ºC. 2. Continue pressing the bottom gas burner knob and press the ignition button at the same time. 3. Gas coming from the bottom gas burner is ignited by the ignition button. Continue pressing the bottom gas burner knob for up to 10 seconds so that the flame safety system can be activated. 19 4. Check the burning of the gas through the inspection hole in the bottom panel. If the gas has not burned, repeat the above steps starting from step 1. 5. Procedure that must be applied for the electric grill In order to clear the odour of the new oven, heat the empty oven with door closed. 1. The grill is activated and the oven light comes on as you press the button. 2. Turn the electric grill knob of the oven to the right and set it to the x position. 3. Turn off the electric grill knob after 30 minutes. Turn off the light and grill button by pressing it. 20 Pre cleaning the burner body and upper cover 1 2 3 4 Clean the burner covers (1) and bodies (2) with water and washing up liquid.
