Do not submerge the main body of the appliance in water or any other liquid. â· First, grind the most solid food and then add the softest food. â· The slow speed (pushing the button in the middle position) is recommended to blend or mix food with a liquid consistency, for example, mayonnaise, soup, eggs, etc. â· The fast speed (pushing the button in the maximum position) is adequate to grind food with a more solid consistency, for example, making or mixing fruit or vegetable puree, fruit milk shakes, etc. â· To make whipped cream, blend the food by mixing it with air. This is achieved by tilting the blender or container so that the cream is whipped on the surface, thus forming the "cream".
