You can adjust the desired receiver volume by using the button on side of the telephone. Receiving calls When you receive a call you will hear the telephone ring. Please remember that in Hands free mode it is only possible for one person at a time to talk. The switch between speaker and microphone is automatic and dependent on the sound level of the incoming call and the microphone respectively. Mute function Pressing the Mute Button will switch off the receiver microphone, and the other side will not hear anything. A picture or symbol can be placed under the transparent cover on the speed dial buttons, so it’s easy to see who you are calling. Once a number has been stored in a memory location, you only need to press one button to make the call. Press Memory Button M1-M4 or one of the 6 Photo Buttons to store the number.
